JB’s Fish and Seafood market has been locally owned and operated by Blaine and Janice Platzke since 2002.

All our suppliers are provincially owned and have the capability to get our fish and seafood from all over the world, including Northern Saskatchewan and both Canadian Coasts.

Each of our products are of superior quality, passing all food safety standards. Products that have to be frozen are done so by ‘flash-freezing’ and then vacuumed sealed to retain as much freshness as possible.  

​

With nearly 20 years in the business, we have been able to mass together a wide variety of Fish, Seafood, all sorts of Natural Meats, Seasonal Vegetables and even Specialty Products like coffee and honey for our customers. If there are ever any goods that you wish to have that isn’t on our product list, please inquire so that we may be able to contact our suppliers in order to obtain it for you.
